Welcome to App development diarrheas

Just some ramblings on app development for iPhone/Android
Because I'm used to java/php/ruby, going back to stoneage Objective C,
with 'manual' memory allocation, can make me curse.
Add to that, the mandatory use of Xcode and some provisioning profile madness.... Eclipse and Android are more within my comfort zone, but sometimes I hit this brick wall knocking me unconscious and I find myself googling for hours before realizing the problem was really simple....

Android SDK Tools r15 ant building problems

After an update in the Android SDK Manager I find myself with Android SDK Tools r15 and my ant build stopped working saying:

BUILD FAILED
/Users/me/myproject/android/build.xml:37: The following error occurred while executing this line:
/Users/me/android/tools/ant/pre_setup.xml:4: Your build.xml file is outdated. Delete it and regenerate it with 'android update

Aah right, let's update the project

$ android update project -p .
Updated local.properties
Exception in thread "main" java.lang.NullPointerException

PersistentConnectionLogging.mobileconfig

http://developer.apple.com/library/ios/#technotes/tn2265/_index.html
Took me some time to figure out, where can you download PersistentConnectionLogging.mobileconfig?
Oh yeah, it's the top right button 'Companion File'

Why it's not a simple link in the text, is beyond me......
